The MoodMoves challenges for entreprise have been designed and tested by Lucy Vincent, PhD, neurobiologist, author and dance trainer.
The team are given progressive coordination challenges and they get feedback on control, balance, energy, commitment to the business and colleagues and motivation.
Designed to promote physical and mental health but also to change team dynamics and to create new forms of dialogue between participants in 3 sessions of 3 minutes per day.
